The Moore Center provides client-driven, continuously improving services which are responsive to the needs of people with developmental disabilities and others we serve. If any concerns arise, they are taken seriously and addressed immediately. If you suspect that an individual eligible for The Moore Center has been abused, neglected or exploited, please call 603-206-2727. Your concern will be dealt with confidentially and professionally. Formal complaints involving alleged charges of abuse, neglect and exploitation are reported by The Moore Center to the Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services (BEAS) as well as to the guardians of the individual as applicable. Investigations are conducted by BEAS and The Moore Center based on state regulations He-M 202 and He-M 310. Informal complaints and program issues are also reported to the Client Rights Office and are addressed and resolved “in-house” with the approval of the guardian where applicable |
