Case Manager, Residential Case Management and Family Directed Services
Moore Center Services has immediate openings for Case Managers. The candidates will support people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. A Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in the field of human services is required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude and must be able to work with interdisciplinary teams to arrange, evaluate and change service options to clients. Proficiency in the following software programs; Word, Excel, Access, and Data Base systems.
Direct Support Staff – Franklin, NH, Family Directed Services
Immediate opening for a Direct Support staff to do personal care with a multi-handicapped young woman in her family home in the Franklin area. The position is full time at 30-35 hours per week. High School Diploma or equivalent is required with at least 2 years experience
HR Administrative Assistant, Human Resources
Full Time Opening for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department. Support the day-to-day HR operations in a highly organized and efficient manner. Primary duties including acting as registrar for The College of Direct Support (CDS) and general office support including, but not limited to building employee files, filing, copying, faxing, data entry and maintaining office supplies. Associates Degree and 5-7 years experience as an Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in the following software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Data Base systems.
Community Support Specialist – Per Diem, Independent Living Program
Opportunity to work per diem, dedicated person to work a flexible weekly schedule in our Community Support Program. Will coach individuals with developmental disabilities as they work toward achieving personal independence. Qualified candidate will have four years experience and a Bachelors Degree in a related field. Position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills as well as a valid driver’s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours including $100,000/300,000 Automobile Liability Insurance.
Companion, Family Directed Services
Seeking a live-in companion to live in Manchester with an individual that has developmental disabilities. Companion would be responsible for providing daily support and supervision to the individual as well as providing transportation. Candidate would be paid a salary. Requirements include a high school degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years working in Human Services.

Early Childhood Educator, Early Supports and Services
Early Supports and Services program is seeking a full-time Early Intervention Specialist or NH DOE certified Early Childhood Educator or Special Educator. Evaluation, intervention and home visiting experience with infants and toddlers, and their families a plus. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and family dynamics is required. Opportunity for an individual with Bachelor’s degree, early childhood experience and interest in actively pursuing NH BDS EI Specialist credential is an option. Our Early Supports and Services program emphasizes individualized, family-centered services and therapies with a strong, supportive interdisciplinary team. Position is open immediately. Treatment/Educational Assistant, Early Supports and Services
Immediate opening for a Treatment/Educational Assistant will implement one-to-one instructional and therapeutic programs with assigned children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Treatment/Educational Assistant must possess the ability to collect, track, analyze and graph data on assigned children. Position requires a High School diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field preferred. Prior work experience with children desired. Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder including basic principles of behavior or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
Speech Language Pathologist, Early Supports and Services
Position available for an experienced Speech/Language Pathologist. This position will play a critically important role in an expanding Early Supports and Services program that provides family-centered services for infants and children 0-3 yrs old with developmental disabilities, delays, or risks. Your part- or full-time role will be as a member of a trans-disciplinary team of experienced professional that will conduct evaluations of infants and toddlers referred to the program and determine the services/supports needed to facilitate each child’s desired developmental outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to provide expert consultation and direct therapeutic services regarding language/communication development to families and their professional ESS partners as they seek to achieve positive, functional outcomes for each child within the natural context of his/her family and community routines and activities. The Speech/Language Pathologist will have a consultation role to the program; have limited service coordination; and competitive pay. This program offers flexibility in work schedules including school hours and has great potential for professional growth.
Requirements include a Master’s of Science, Certificate of Clinical Competency – Speech Language Pathology (MS CCC-SLP). Candidate must be licensed in the state of NH, and prefer candidate to have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare number (CAQH), but not necessary. We also seek demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and the capacity to develop rapport with families. The successful candidate will have proven experience working with young children and a commitment to working with a team in a family-centered environment.
Occupational Therapist, Early Supports and Services

There will also be opportunities to provide expert consultation regarding skills development in your area of professional expertise to families and their professional ESS partners as they seek to achieve positive, functional outcomes for each child within the natural context of his family and community routines and activities. This program offers flexibility in work schedules and great potential for professional growth.
Requirements include State of NH certification/licensure, professional experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families, the demonstrated capacity to develop rapport with families, and a commitment to working with a team in a family-centered environment. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are also required.
