20th Annual Garden Party Raises a Record $227,175 to Support our Families

Thank you to all who joined us at our 20th annual Garden Party on Thursday, September 16th on the grounds of Brady Sullivan Tower. This annual event is one of our major fundraisers and also honors a person or persons who have made a positive impact on the greater Manchester community. This year’s honoree was Board member and Past Chair Daniel F. Cronin, Founder and President of CGI Business Solutions, who also received a proclamation from Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig and Senate President Chuck Morse.

“We were incredibly thrilled that over 300 people from our community came out to support The Moore Center and our mission of creating opportunities for a good life,” said Janet Bamberg, President and CEO. “Serving others is at the heart of what we do, and in that spirit, it was an honor to recognize Dan for his incredible work and contributions to the community and the undeniable impact he’s made on the lives of so many.”

Proceeds from the event raised $227,175 which will benefit The Moore Center’s Family Support program, which helps families care for a loved-one with an intellectual or developmental disability.

The Moore Center holds its annual Garden Party to raise funds and awareness for the organization’s mission to serve people with intellectual, developmental and personal challenges, and create opportunities for a good life.
