The Moore Center enjoys long-term working relationships with over 30 area businesses who leverage our exceptional support to both employers and employees to enhance their business. You can either interview and hire directly or work with us on a contract basis, whichever works best for you.
We help employers find qualified employees and provide on-going assistance to ensure a long-term, successful relationship.

On-site job coaching at no cost
On-going employer support and assistance
Education and training for your staff on any disability related questions or concerns
Diversity in your workplace
Even if you don’t currently have an opening we can still help by providing a Free Job Assessment to determine if creating a new, entry level job might help your business.
We’ll work with you to review less-essential and time-consuming tasks from several other jobs to see if combining them into a new, customized job would make sense.
Freeing up seasoned employees to take care of more specialized tasks and/or customers is a great way to increase the productivity of your business.
