Pay: $19/hr. with mileage reimbursement Position Summary: The ITS will work collaboratively as a liaison between the Business Office, Family Managers, Program Managers and the Director to ensure accurate and timely payments are made to co-managed employees in compliance with state-mandated regulations and DOL guidelines. The ITS will serve as the central hub for collecting and processing vouchers, transfers, and check requests. The ITS will ensure data integrity with regards to all payment related information to allow for seamless audits and accounting. Pay: $20/hr. Micah is a 31-year-old male who needs physical activity every day. He likes to hike and swim. He also likes trampolines, bowling, the beach, and exploring new places. He enjoys crafts such as painting and making clay projects. He enjoys cooking and shopping for his lunches, He enjoys berry, apple, and peach picking, and then creating muffins and desserts for his family. Micah’s regulation benefits from 2 hours of physical movement daily, without it he easily becomes dysregulated. Schedule- Saturdays Pay: $21/hr. plus mileage reimbursement Position Summary: The Family Support Transition Coordinator uses a creative and innovative approach to assist individuals, their families and support teams to successfully transition into services within the DD/ABD waiver system between the ages of 14 through 22. Within the transition process the coordinator’s role is to assist in identifying and developing meaningful objectives to obtain agreed upon goals through a person-centered planning approach. Once goals are identified the coordinator will collaborate with others to find resources that will assist in the successful completion of these goals. Pay: $21/hr. She loves her animals, and they sometimes help regulate her anxiety at home and in the community. When at a behavioral baseline, Becca enjoys social interactions with others, especially those close to her, and with whom she has formed relationships within her social circles. She does exhibit intense behavioral outbursts. Becca has a close relationship with her family and likes to socialize with friends whom she has maintained relationships with from Special Olympics'. Becca also attends equine therapy where she helps care for the horses and enjoys going out to eat and shopping. She is mobile but requires a wheelchair for long distances as she tires easily and is at high risk for drop seizures. She also utilizes a gait belt/harness for walking and transfers, as she has an extensive seizure history. Behavioral challenges along with ongoing seizure activity continue to be an issue for Becca's day-to-day living and functioning. She requires personal care support from her home care provider and staff but has been working on her independence with her continence and hygiene. Marc is a 34 year old man with an autism spectrum disorder. He continues to require support to develop independent living skills. The support person would continue to help Marc in the development of independent living goals. The focus would be making a shopping list and shopping for snacks and breakfast items weekly. Additionally, this person would supervise Marc in making breakfast, packing his lunch and organizing afternoon snacks. Support would also help Marc in complete weekly cleaning tasks in his bedroom and bathroom. This would include dusting, vacuuming and washing the floors, changing sheets, and completing all personal laundry and sheets and towels. Schedule: M-F 3pm-5pm (10 hours) PAY: $20.33 Mileage reimbursement up to 38 miles weekly. Position Summary: The Program Manager of Enhanced Family Care will supervise the delivery of quality, safe and individualized services for people who fall under the DD/ABD waiver in an Enhanced Family Care environment. Additionally will ensure compliance with the He-M 1001 regulations. PAY: $22/hr. Position Summary: The Director of Compliance will lead The Moore Center’s efforts to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, laws, and contractual requirements applicable to the Agency. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive compliance and risk management plan based on relevant rules, regulations, and laws, and for guiding the Agency through its implementation. The Director of Compliance will interpret new regulations and provide clear guidance to leadership, staff, and client representatives. Additionally, the role will collaborate with department leaders to review, update, and create policies and procedures related to compliance and risk management. The Director is also responsible for ensuring proper distribution, posting, and training on all new or revised policies.
