In emergency situations, staff may be required to transport clients in their own vehicles. · Responsible for meeting all Residential Standards and Regulations as required by the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services and/or Moore Center Services, Inc. · Will participate in the development of resident’s programs, i.e. Service Agreements, Behavior Programs, Strategies and Client Centered Conferences. · Responsible for aiding in the general upkeep of residence, furnishings and equipment (yard/lawn work, mop, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, housekeeping) · Upon successful completion of medication training program within one month and subsequent re-certification employee is responsible for supervision of residents’ self-administration and/or the distribution and administration of prescribed medications to residents as designated by the House Manager. · Responsible for supervision of residents’ medical/evaluative appointments and accompaniment of residents to such appointments. · Responsible for appropriate record keeping and report writing, i.e. Daily Log content, Resident Goal and Objective documentation, Significant Event Reports, Accident Reports, Behavior Programs, filing along with other reports as needed. · Will attend the required meetings as requested. · Responsible for reporting any pertinent client incidents/inconsistencies from routine. · Staff working in designated residences will complete training behavior management programs prior to working with specific residents. Staff are responsible for consistently implementing and documenting interventions as indicated in programs. Client Description: Becca is a passionate, playful, and genuine 31- year-old woman. She loves her animals, and they sometimes help regulate her anxiety at home and in the community. When at a behavioral baseline, Becca enjoys social interactions with others, especially those close to her, and with whom she has formed relationships within her social circles. She does exhibit intense behavioral outbursts. Becca has a close relationship with her family and likes to socialize with friends whom she has maintained relationships with from Special Olympics'. Becca also attends equine therapy where she helps care for the horses and enjoys going out to eat and shopping. She is mobile but requires a wheelchair for long distances as she tires easily and is at high risk for drop seizures. She also utilizes a gait belt/harness for walking and transfers, as she has an extensive seizure history. Behavioral challenges along with ongoing seizure activity continue to be an issue for Becca's day-to-day living and functioning. She requires personal care support from her home care provider and staff but has been working on her independence with her continence and hygiene. Becca uses some verbal communication and picture exchange communication (PECS) and visual board communication but requires support in communicating. ***********Looking for evening, night, and overnight availability.************ Duties and Responsibilities (above and beyond what is outlined in the job description): Requirements (above and beyond what is outlined in the job description): Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist I is responsible for managing and processing billing, and collections for Medicaid, private insurance, other third-party payers, and self-pay accounts. The A/R Specialist I is also responsible for accurately applying payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment posting. This role requires an understanding of medical billing, claims and remittance processing, and the associated software applications. PAY: $23-$25/hr. Essential Responsibilities: · Generate and submit claims and invoices to insurers, third-party payers, and clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions. · Verify and maintain data related to client demographics, insurance coverage, benefits, and authorizations. Maintain up-to-date information on payers’ billing requirements and covered services. · Research and resolve claim denials and other issues impeding reimbursement for billed services. Resolve post-payment inquiries, audits, refunds, and recoupment requests as needed. · Develop and monitor cash flow projections for all assigned areas of responsibility. · Maintain effective communications within the Agency, clients, third-party payers, and other external organizations to ensure that billing is accurate, timely, and well-documented. · Report resolved and unresolved charges, status and expected turnaround times for outstanding issues, and projected incomes and adjustments. He enjoys cooking and shopping for his lunches, He enjoys berry, apple, and peach picking, and then creating muffins and desserts for his family. Micah’s regulation benefits from 2 hours of physical movement daily, without it he easily becomes dysregulated. Schedule-TBD-16-30 hours a week. Start date- January 2026 Pay: $21/hr. plus mileage reimbursement Client is looking for someone who is fun, with a joyful sense of humor, someone who will drive and attend activities in the community. Client enjoys shopping, visiting friends, and volunteering at a pet center. She seeks a trusting relationship to assist her in getting around when using crutches or wheelchair gaining access to public places. She does need a high level of supervision. (CW) Schedule: 10am-3pm, 15 hours a week. Pay: $19/hr. with mileage reimbursement Looking for a direct support professional to work 32 hours weekly Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM for a young man with Down Syndrome.
