Looking for a creative DSP with experience for a very sweet, wheelchair bound, non-verbal individual. DSP would have to use their own vehicle and be able to fold his wheelchair and put it in the car. Personal Care is a must for this client. His schedule is very active but in the morning hours he is a bit slower so this would be a partial residential schedule. He enjoys going into the community and visits a variety of community locations including Upreach in Goffstown, NH. Schedule: 8am-3pm, M-F, 35 hours. Pay: $20/hr. plus mileage reimbursement. Skills and Abilities: All staff must adhere to the NH state law requiring mandated reporting of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Additionally, staff are required to maintain criminal, motor vehicle and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services record checks that meet agency standards. The Manager of The Activities Program creates strategic, meaningful partnerships between The Moore Center and the greater Manchester community. This creative and relationship-driven leader will identify and cultivate mutually beneficial collaborations with businesses, organizations, and community groups to enhance community participation opportunities, and support employment development initiatives in compliance with He-m 507, & 518. This position also facilitates The Moore Center’s Rising Stars self-advocacy group. The Rising Stars group is made up of 50 self-advocates. The group balances the need for social engagement with the desire to amplify the voices of people supported by The Moore Center. The Manager of the Activities Program will assist the Rising Stars’ executive council, by providing leadership and empowerment opportunities for participants, as well as facilitated coordination of all volunteers and planned events. The A/R Specialist I is also responsible for accurately applying payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment posting. This role requires an understanding of medical billing, claims and remittance processing, and the associated software applications. Essential Responsibilities: · Generate and submit claims and invoices to insurers, third-party payers, and clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions. · Verify and maintain data related to client demographics, insurance coverage, benefits, and authorizations. Maintain up-to-date information on payers’ billing requirements and covered services. · Research and resolve claim denials and other issues impeding reimbursement for billed services. Resolve post-payment inquiries, audits, refunds, and recoupment requests as needed. · Develop and monitor cash flow projections for all assigned areas of responsibility. · Maintain effective communications within the Agency, clients, third-party payers, and other external organizations to ensure that billing is accurate, timely, and well-documented. · Report resolved and unresolved charges, status and expected turnaround times for outstanding issues, and projected incomes and adjustments. Position Summary: The Clinical Transition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the facilitation of appropriate services for individuals with clinically complex needs working in conjunction with their teams during the transition from the school system into adult services and beyond. This person will review available information, observe individuals, recommend necessary assessments and evaluate needs as the transitioning individual prepares to move into the adult services system. Client Description: Becca is a passionate, playful, and genuine 31- year-old woman. She loves her animals, and they sometimes help regulate her anxiety at home and in the community. When at a behavioral baseline, Becca enjoys social interactions with others, especially those close to her, and with whom she has formed relationships within her social circles. She does exhibit intense behavioral outbursts. Becca has a close relationship with her family and likes to socialize with friends whom she has maintained relationships with from Special Olympics'. Becca also attends equine therapy where she helps care for the horses and enjoys going out to eat and shopping. She is mobile but requires a wheelchair for long distances as she tires easily and is at high risk for drop seizures. She also utilizes a gait belt/harness for walking and transfers, as she has an extensive seizure history. Behavioral challenges along with ongoing seizure activity continue to be an issue for Becca's day-to-day living and functioning. She requires personal care support from her home care provider and staff but has been working on her independence with her continence and hygiene. Becca uses some verbal communication and picture exchange communication (PECS) and visual board communication but requires support in communicating.
