Are you fluent in ASL, or learning to sign?
We’re looking for Direct Support Staff for our residential program who can communicate with clients through American Sign Language (ASL). If you’re new to signing, we’ll offer classes and training to assist with that!
The Moore Center’s Residential program provides support to adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders living in residential settings. Our small, private community residences are staffed 24 hours a day and are located in the Greater Manchester area.

It’s a Family Setting!
Our homes operate in a family setting, where people support and encourage each other. As a Direct Support Professional (also called a DSP or Life Skills Coach) you’ll be helping individuals grow by supporting and encouraging them in working towards increased independence, while also providing aid with daily activities such as making meals, personal care, and exercise. You’ll also help them engage in fun activities and community social events.
We always encourage people to bring their talents to our family too, so whether your talent is music, cooking, or crafts, you’re encouraged to bring it into our homes and share it with our residents and staff!
It’s very rewarding to develop personal relationships and see the joy on their faces as you help them overcome their daily challenges – things that many of us take for granted – while leading them to a better life.
Our staff covers three shifts per day, seven days per week, and we’re looking for part-time, full-time and per-diem staff to cover all shifts. Shifts run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Starting salary is $18/hour.
