The Moore Center’s 19th Annual Garden Party Raises a Record $225,000 to Support Programs for Children and Adults

Our 19th annual Garden Party fundraising event was held on Thursday, June 20 on the grounds of Brady Sullivan Tower. The party is one of our major fundraisers and also honors a person or persons who have made a positive impact on the greater Manchester community. This year’s honoree was Dianne Mercier, president of People’s United Bank for New Hampshire who also received a proclamation from Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig.

“We were incredibly thrilled that close to 500 people from our community came out to support The Moore Center and our mission of creating opportunities for a good life,” said Paul Boynton, President and CEO. “Serving others is at the heart of what we do, and in that spirit, it was an honor to recognize Dianne for her incredible work and contributions to her community and the undeniable impact she’s made on the lives of so many.”

Proceeds from the event raised $225,000 which will support The Moore Center’s Children’s Services and Family Support department as well as The Rising Stars social and advocacy group.
