TRANSITION FAIR – February 12, 2026
The Moore Center will host a free transition fair on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at their offices at 195 McGregor Street in Manchester, bringing together individuals with disabilities and their families, caregivers and service providers for an evening of connection, information and support.

The event is designed to help individuals of all ages and abilities — including those with developmental or intellectual disabilities and acquired brain disorders — explore services and resources available throughout Greater Manchester and across New Hampshire.

The event is open to residents of Auburn, Bedford, Candia, Goffstown, Hooksett, Londonderry, Manchester and New Boston.
Students interested in careers in human services are also encouraged to attend. For more information, call 603.206.2700.

CAREGIVER EVENT – March 20, 2026
The Moore Center’s Kinship Program will host its first-ever caregiver training event on March 20, 2026 at the Derryfield Country Club from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The event will feature three speakers focusing on Dementia and Alzheimer’s, caregiver burnout, effective communication with healthcare professionals, and ways caregivers can make the most of their time with their loved ones.

Tickets, which include breakfast and lunch, are $50 each; however, spots are limited! Register today to save your spot by emailing ki*****@*********er.org
