Looking for a challenging but rewarding career in human services? The Moore Center provides services in a clinical home environment to individuals who have various intellectual disabilities and may also have additional mental health challenges.

We’re also pioneering a new ground-breaking program in New Hampshire that provides emergency services for individuals with intellectual disabilities who face crisis situations.

Our new Emergency Temporary Placement program (ETP) offers temporary placement in a clinical home environment, with care managed by our team of professionals. It’s a residential program where as a Clinical Life Skills Coach (Direct Support Professional) you’ll provide direct care to ensure stabilization and temporary respite for individuals in crisis situations. You’ll also assist in creating and conducting sensory activities as appropriate for the client base that incorporate fun and/or mindfulness.

It’s a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you’ll be in a key position to help individuals transition through a critical time in their lives. Clients who are eligible for participation in this program have various intellectual disabilities and may also have additional mental health challenges. These positions offer a wide range of learning opportunities through working with a diverse client base and a collaborative team of professionals.

The ETP program is a new, innovative model for stabilization of clinically complex individuals, working within a well-established residential field that seeks to supplement crisis intervention options. You’ll gain valuable experience by working with a diverse client base as well as professional clinical teams to handle a variety of crisis situations in our residential environment. You’ll receive an accelerated level of training and hands-on experience, and you’ll also have the opportunity to explore other departments at The Moore Center.

Whether it’s working in one of our clinical homes or in our ETP program, if you’re motivated by a rapidly changing environment, have strong organizational skills, enjoy flexibility and working in a supportive, team environment, come join our team!
