Dear Families and Guardians,
Every five years The Moore Center is required to reapply to be designated as the Region VII Area Agency. As part of this process, the Bureau of Developmental Services (BDS) requests feedback from the families and guardians of those individuals whom we serve. The feedback is first collected through a five page survey and then BDS staff also plan to hear from you live via Zoom. More information is provided below.
